Design of a Cross-Media Communication Concept with a Focus on Animation
No blade of grass grows, no car drives and no movement in our body is possible without a chemical reaction. Next to physics, chemistry is one of the major fields of natural science. It forms the theoretical basis for technology, medicine and environmental protection and provides the knowledge and materials that make our modern, technological everyday life possible.
In the case of the natural sciences, however, we repeatedly find that there is a huge discrepancy between their relevance and their general popularity. This is particularly true in schools, where the material world is being dealt with for the first time. Here the subject is often associated with complex formulas and abstract contexts.
The combination of science and design intends to show that it is only a matter of how the subject is conveyed in order to break barriers down and encourage enthusiasm for scientific topics. The aim is to make content accessible through creative means and to open up exciting possibilities of knowledge transfer and perception for the recipients.
