Out of self-motivation, every day many people get involved in issues that are of great importance to our society. They work for social justice, deal with political problems and provide cultural support. Young initiatives in particular often have an activist, project-oriented character. They deal intensively with a variety of issues – conceive, create and change.
»into« supports these initiatives in the organisation and coordination of projects and helps them to concentrate on the actual topics of their commitment. The communication within the initiative is bundled in a meaningful way and the networking between the members is strengthened. At the same time, »into« enables a structured documentation of the project contents and makes them available in the long term. As a result, free space occurs and allows the members to devote themselves to new tasks together as a team. Thereby, »into« wants to promote joint processes and focuses on the appreciation of voluntary work and the motivation of each individual committed person.
